No friend codes, no search, no invites. Nubylo reads your phone contacts, hashes them securely, and automatically matches you with people you already know. If someone in your phonebook has Nubylo, they appear in your circle instantly.
When seconds matter, you don't want to dig through menus. Tap any contact on the map and a detail sheet slides up — showing their distance, last update time, and one-tap buttons to call or message.
Set a short status visible to your contacts on the map — "Need help", "At the cafe", or "Running late". It floats above your marker so people can see what's up at a glance without having to open a chat.
Your phone number is SHA-256 hashed on your device before it ever reaches our servers. Live location disappears the moment you close the app. Last known location is automatically purged after 3 days. No third-party trackers. No ads. Ever.

About the maker
Hi, I'm Pavan Tiruvaskur — a Software Product Designer from Hyderabad, and an IIIT Jabalpur alumnus. The outfit might look traditional, but the mind is always somewhere between real-time databases and pixel-perfect interfaces.
With years of SaaS experience across Healthcare & Wellness and Enterprise Asset Management (CMMS), I've designed products that serve complex, mission-critical workflows. But Nubylo is personal — born from a simple frustration: when you genuinely need someone nearby, the tools available are clunky — group chats, manual pin drops, phone calls that go unanswered. I wanted something that just works — open the app, see who's close, act.
As a designer who also codes, I built Nubylo end-to-end — from the UX research and interface design to SwiftUI on the frontend and Firebase Cloud Functions on the backend, with privacy baked in at every layer. No venture funding, no growth hacks. Just software designed and engineered to do one thing well.
