By downloading, installing, or using Nubylo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About Nubylo
Nubylo is a real-time location sharing application that allows you to see trusted contacts on a map. The App is designed for personal safety and convenience — it is not an emergency service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nubylo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.
3. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You must verify your phone number to use the App
- You may not create multiple accounts
- You may not share your account with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to stalk, harass, or intimidate any person
- Share another person's location without their knowledge or consent
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Create fake or misleading accounts
- Interfere with the App's operation or infrastructure
5. Location Sharing
Your location is shared only with contacts who are mutually matched on Nubylo. You can stop sharing at any time by closing the App. Location data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Blocking
You may block any user at any time. Blocking is instant and mutual — blocked users will not see your location, status, or profile, and you will not see theirs.
7. Not an Emergency Service
Nubylo is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (e.g., 112, 911, 100). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of location data. The App depends on your device's GPS, internet connection, and third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, name, and logo are owned by Nubylo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that location data will be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nubylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nubylo.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
