How do I sign up?

Download Nubylo from the App Store, then sign in with Google, Apple, or your email. You'll be asked to verify your phone number with a one-time code — that's it.

Who can see my location?

Only your matched contacts — people who are in your phone's address book and also have Nubylo installed. No strangers can see you. You can block anyone at any time.

How do I stop sharing my location?

Simply close the app. Your live location is removed from our servers instantly. Your last known location is automatically deleted after 3 days.

Why do I need to verify my phone number?

Phone verification lets us securely match you with your real contacts. Your phone number is hashed on your device — we never store or see the raw number.

Can I use Nubylo outside India?

Currently, phone verification is configured for Indian phone numbers (+91). International support is planned for a future update.

How do I block someone?

Go to the People tab, find the contact, and tap Block. Blocking is instant — they won't see your location or status, and you won't see theirs.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@nubylo.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we'll remove all your data within 48 hours.

Does Nubylo drain my battery?

Nubylo uses efficient location updates and disconnects cleanly when you close the app. Battery impact is minimal during normal use.

Is Nubylo free?

Yes, completely free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads.
